Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If you have any issues with your towels.. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. We believe in our towels and want you to be happy. Returns on unused towels OR a product manufacturing issue..we will issue you a return on the (our:-)) house, hassle-free at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase. If needing an exchange..please contact us elene@absorb-lumen.com with your order number.

We normally ship out of our warehouse within 3 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes about 2-8 business days for package delivery. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is processed.
